🔵 Advanced Mode Guide

Several Gabor patches appear on screen, and one patch has relatively weaker contrast.

Your task is to select the weaker-contrast patch directly. On desktop, you can also use the numpad-style layout: 7 8 9 / 4 5 6 / 1 2 3.

  • In normal training, a wrong answer briefly marks the correct position. In challenge mode, the review prioritizes increasing contrast separation after a mistake.
  • After 3 wrong attempts in a row, the task moves to the next round automatically.
  • Consecutive correct answers lower target contrast and shrink the on-screen contrast gap, making the task harder.
